I Don't Know Why
I DONT KNOW WHY

Pork Chop Steak
Guys I just want to share my recipe to all of you
Okay, If your normal Pork Chop stake recipe only contains the normal recipes ( duh), my recipe contains 1 unique ingredient.. (well I dont know if you discovered it already)
For this you will need:
- Of course PORK CHOP
- 1 tbsp. pepper
- 1 pack seasoning
- 1tsp. salt
- 1 cup oyster sauce
- fish sauce to taste
- 3 calamansi(lime)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- half an onion
- vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
OH MY GLOB.SUGAR???
LOLZ....
Here is the procedure...
- Boil the pork chops for 5 minutes.... (3 minutes pressure cooker - better :) )
- In a bowl , add the pork chops,the oyster sauce (all),salt,pepper,1 teaspoon veggie oil, and fish sauce.
- mince the onion and garlic finely
- In a new bowl, add the calamansi (all) the sugar, the soy sauce , and the seasoning. Mix well
- In a cointainer with lid add the pork and the ingredients (except the oil) and mix it
- Store it in a cool dry place for 3-4 hours (optional)
- Heat the pan, if it is now heated,you can now add the remaining oil
- Wait for a few minutes.. Then..... add the ingredients in the pan
- Wait for it until it cooks...
- Then you are now ready to serve it
PS. SERVE HOT

Paskong Pinoy
.Ayan na ang malamig na simoy ng hangin ibig sabihin nyan, malapit na magpasko, ano ba ang kalimitang ginagawa ng mga pilipino tuwing okasyong ito?Ating alamin.
Unang una, syempre pag-malapit na ang pasko andyan na rin ang mga christmas decors,katulad ng mga parol ,christmas light at mga christmas tree. At kung minsan andyan pa si St.Nicholas o mas kilala bilang ."Santa Claus".
Syempre pag-pasko andyan ang Misa de Gallo o mas kilala bilang .......
Simbang Gabi.Sabi nila pag daw nakumpleto mo ang lahat ng misa ay matutupad ang hiling mo. Ikaw naininiwala ka ba dito?
Pagkatapos mo naman magsimbang gabi ay kakalam ang iyong sikmura, ang best na food na makikita mo sa tabing-simbahan ay ang bibingka at puto bumbong.Murang-mura pero mapupuno ang iyong sikmura.Samahan mo pa ng mainit na tsokolate ayun! SOLVE NA!
Paputok rin ang isang indikasyon, dahil narin sa ang pasko ay malapit sa bagong taon.
Noche Buena, ay isang tradisyon natin, isang magandang kaugalian dahil dahil dito ay nagkakabuklod-buklod ang mga miyembro ng pamilya.
Ngunit laging tandaan , magpasalamt sa panginoon dahil kung hindi sya ipinanganak sa araw na ito, ay baka walang magbibigay at magdadala ng ligaya ngayong kapaskuhan.
